In September, During Your Term of Office
WHEN YOU COMPLETE EACH ITEM - CHECK IT OFF.
1. Contact club presidents by September 5.
Pay semiannual dues by October 1.
Ensure the Annual Club Report is submitted by October 15.
Congratulate each club president for a job well done.
2. Contact division leadership team.
Review goals achieved.
Congratulate each on a job well done.
3. Complete any unfinished business.
4. Assist your successor.
Turn records over to the lieutenant governor-designate.
Volunteer your help during the upcoming year.
5. Due dates.
Pay semiannual dues by October 1.
Pay sponsored programs membership fees due by October 1.

1. Reports.
Prepare Annual Club Report, due October 15. (pp. 133-135)
Delegates who attended district convention report to club.
2. Due dates.
Pay semiannual dues by October 1.
3. Installation Ceremony.
See July “Things To Do” (p. 29) and Installation of Club Officers (pp. 117-121).
4. Worldwide Service Project.
Review club accomplishments for the WSP and report to the club.
5. Recognition.
Order any growth awards earned by club members (p. 153).
6. Sponsored Organizations and Programs.
Ensure your sponsored clubs have received and are processing forms for dues and membership fee payment.
Kiwanis Kids’ Day event.

Things To Do
In September, During Your Term of Office
WHEN YOU COMPLETE EACH ITEM - CHECK IT OFF.
1. Due dates.
Pay semiannual dues to Kiwanis International and district by October 1. Submit with September Official
Monthly Report.
Pay Circle K and Key Club dues by October 1 (where applicable).
All financial obligations should be met before installation of club’s new leadership.
2. Reports.
Prepare Annual Club Report (pp. 133-135). Mail to designated person in district by October 15.
Submit president’s verification of new member sponsorship to lieutenant governor by September 30.
3. Club President’s Conference for Incoming Officers and Appointees.
Assist incoming president with plans for conducting this conference by October 1.
4. Membership development.
Review club roster at board meeting. Attempt to call or personally visit non-attending, nonparticipating members.
Re-involve them in the club.
5. Installation ceremony.
Review plans with president. See July “Things to Do” (p. 13).
6. Recognition.
Order any growth awards earned by members.
Submit nomination forms to lieutenant governor or district chairman for any Young Children: Priority One awards
the club may have earned.
7. Sponsored Organizations and Programs.
Ensure the dues for sponsored clubs are being processed.
